Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please (1) contact my office at 323 299 2509 and (2) send me an email notice of cancellation using the form located on the home page of this website, 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is canceled by YOU within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please feel free to reschedule. If, however, you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. And, if an appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours of your cancellation and/or YOU fail to keep the 2nd appointment. Please consider your deposit, a donation to this Ministry/Movement, To keep costs affordable, and respectful of protocol. If YOU cancel your appointment within 24 hours and fail to reschedule within 24 hours. There will be no refund of the deposit to hold your spot because time was set aside and allocated to meet with YOU. There are NO exceptions. Keep in mind all deposits are credited against any services YOU decide to enter into. This I believe is more than fair and equitable. Also, feel free to reschedule anytime and the same terms and conditions will apply.
